1) Try confirming your account by selecting confirm account at the log-in screen and following the instructions. Accounts require to be confirmed within 2 days of subscribing. Please check your SPAM folder as automated e-mails often end up there.
2) Check you are using the e-mail address that you signed up with. Customers often use multiple e-mail accounts and sometimes try logging in with the wrong one.
You can drop an e-mail to hancock@glenochil.com for further assistance.
On occasion the system creates a glitch that prevents an existing expired account to be subscribed to again using the same e-mail address. The simplest solution is to create a fresh account with another e-mail address. Alternatively, e-mail hancock@glenochil.com to delete the existing expired account and once that is done you can use that e-mail address as your account.
The automated e-mail from Noteshaper sometimes gets swept up in SPAM filters, so please check there first. If you are unable to find it then drop an e-mail to hancock@glenochil.com stating the password that you wish and I will change it manually.
Chapter 4, Quick Start 17: The calculated number 0.01379 is erroneously written in the workings as 0.1379, however the calculation uses the correct value, therefore the final answer is correct.
Chapter 4, Scenario 29 part B: Although the formula and the words (actual) are stated correctly, an incorrect number was carried down from the table into the denominator (forecast). The answer is correct and there is no cumulative error.
Chapter 5, Companion Question 16c: The instructor erroneously says 60-4=54 whereas it should be 56. This changes the answer to 313.
Chapter 11, Scenario 32 part C: Instead of using the data in part B to pass on to part D, part C data is incorrectly used. This does not change the answer.
The NoteShaper® site should now be free, we are still working on it though - let me know if you have any issues with the site (hancock@glenochil.com).
I have uploaded Minute Answer, Quick Start, Ramp Up, Scenarios, and In Chapter Scenarios for ALL 15 chapters to YouTube, so they may be viewed there for FREE as well (please Like and Subscribe). The Note Frames are also available for free from: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2yf5hti55eogm1h/AACDOka_gzSPugV0zx5-nYfUa?dl=0
The reason for the change to making the site and student materials free is that the code is old and we don’t want to increase the price to cover a major upgrade, so why not simplify the site (remove payment functionality, account creation etc) and make it free!!!
That’s all for now.
