Natalie Simpson PhD, MBA, BS, BFA (Glenochil Associates Owners)
Founder Natalie Simpson is a tenured professor at the University at Buffalo, teaching both large undergraduate classes and executive MBA modules. Professor Simpson has published many peer reviewed publications and has won numerous awards in teaching. She is the faculty chair of the UB Management Undergraduate Program and a member of the Decision Sciences Institute and the Production and Operations Management Society.
Philip Hancock PhD, MBA, CPSM, CPSD, MCIOBS
Co-owner Dr Philip Hancock has taught Operations Management, Service Management, Procurement and Disruption Management in both the US and the UK. He holds a PhD in Operations Research and has spent over 20 years in industry. He has Institute for Supply Management accreditation as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and Supplier Diversity (CPSD) and he is a Chartered Banker.
